  • Time saved = (Distance / Baseline speed) - (Distance / Improved speed)
  • Watts saved at same speed = 0.5 x \u03C1 x (CdA\u2081 - CdA\u2082) x v\u00B3

This assumes flat terrain and zero wind. Real-world savings vary with course profile and conditions.
